General Questions

EyEnvy Beauty Studio & Academy is located in Londonderry, New Hampshire and proudly serves clients throughout Southern New Hampshire and surrounding communities.

Yes. We offer complimentary 30-minute consultations for many of our services. After selecting your consultation appointment, you can choose your preferred consultation type: phone, video call, or in-studio.

Appointments can be booked online through our booking system. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help.

Permanent Makeup Questions

Permanent makeup, also known as cosmetic tattooing, is a procedure that enhances facial features such as eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips using specialized pigments.

Most permanent makeup procedures last between 1–5 years depending on the treatment, skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Yes. Modern permanent makeup techniques are designed to create soft, natural-looking enhancements customized to your features.

Most clients experience minimal discomfort thanks to topical numbing products used throughout the procedure.

Most permanent makeup procedures require approximately 4–6 weeks for complete healing and color stabilization.

Lash Extension & Lash Lift Questions

With proper care and routine fills every 2–3 weeks, lash extensions can be maintained indefinitely.

When professionally applied and properly maintained, lash extensions should not damage healthy natural lashes.

Lash Extensions add length and volume using individual extensions, while a Lash Lift & Tint enhances your natural lashes by lifting and darkening them.

Most Lash Lift & Tint results last approximately 6–8 weeks.

Brow Service Questions

Brow Lamination is a treatment that smooths and lifts brow hairs into a fuller, more uniform shape.

Most Brow Tinting results last approximately 3–6 weeks.

Most clients schedule Brow Waxing appointments every 4–6 weeks.

Yes. Many clients combine these services for fuller, darker, and more polished brows.

Facials & Skincare Questions

Most clients benefit from professional facials every 4–6 weeks depending on their skin concerns and goals.

Yes. Customized acne treatments and facials can help reduce congestion, improve skin clarity, and support healthier skin.

A chemical peel is a skin resurfacing treatment designed to improve texture, tone, acne, pigmentation, and overall skin appearance.

Downtime varies depending on the peel type and strength. Some peels involve minimal downtime while others may cause visible peeling.

Waxing Questions

Most waxing treatments provide smooth skin for approximately 3–6 weeks.

Waxing removes hair from the root, providing longer-lasting results and softer regrowth compared to shaving.

Hair should generally be at least ¼ inch long for optimal waxing results.

Academy & Training Questions

No. Our Classic Lash Certification course is designed for beginners as well as licensed beauty professionals.

Yes. Students receive certification upon successful completion of course requirements.
